Refund Timeline

Refund eligibility depends on when you request cancellation:

  • Within 7 Days of Enrollment
    Full refund (100%) — if no classes have been attended.
  • Within 30% of Course Duration
    Partial refund (50%) — after deducting administrative fees and attended class charges.
  • After 30% of Course Duration
    No refund will be provided.

Conditions & Exceptions

Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after approval.
Refund Method:
Refunds are made via the original payment method.
Non-Refundable:
Admission fees, registration fees, and exam fees are non-refundable.
No Show:
No refund for students who never attend without prior notice.
